In 1992, Mr. Tommy Harrison founded the Georgia Studies Tour with one mission: to bring the Georgia Studies curriculum to life, complementing classroom learning with real-world exploration and engagement.
In 2023, Mr. Tommy handed over the reigns to the capable hands of Preston Poitevint, who spent two years preparing to take the beloved Georgia Studies Tour on an exciting new adventure!
Now with the launch of his own brand, Teaching Through Travel, Preston is excited to expand the Georgia Studies Tour nationwide while honoring its legacy!
